RESULTS OF VINGUARD ISSUE
LPC Manhattan Sponsors (Proprietary) Limited is authorised to announce
that, further to the JDH announcement dated 27 August 2004, applications
in respect of at least the minimum subscription for 6 923 077 ordinary
shares in Vinguard to raise R4.5 million, have been received by the
company`s subsidiary, Vinguard, in terms of the Vinguard prospectus dated
30 June 2004.
