PRESS RELEASE - JCI Annual Report on track
JCI has all the information it requires to complete its annual report for the
year ended 31 March 2004 and will be in compliance with the JSE Securities
Exchange South Africa (JSE) deadline of October 29.
According to Hennie Buitendag, financial director of JCI Limited, the Company`s
annual report is in the process of finalization and will be submitted to the JSE
well before the October deadline.
`The delays were purely technical. Because of JCI`s many subsidiaries and its
broad-based empowerment philosophy, it proved a difficult task to collate all
the information but this exercise has now been completed,` said Buitendag.
