RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
HCI shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of HCI held at e.tv`s
offices today, the ordinary resolutions ratifying and approving the issuing of 2
200 000 ordinary shares to Mr Gavin OConnor and 100 000 ordinary shares to Mr
Gavin Jones at a price of R9.50 per new ordinary share were passed by the
requisite majority of HCI shareholders present at the general meeting or
represented by proxy.
