PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF AGM
City Lodge today published its annual report for 2004, incorporating the audited
annual financial statements and notice of annual general meeting, which is to be
held on Wednesday 10 November 2004 at 14:00 at the company`s registered office.
The annual financial statements are identical to the reviewed statements
published on SENS on 12 August 2004, save that an R8,089 million portion of the
company`s long-term borrowings has been reclassified as being short-term
borrowings.
