NOTICE OF AGM AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
With regard to the audited results of the Company for the year ended 30 June
2004, shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been
distributed to shareholders on 8 October 2004 and contain no modifications to
the audited results, which were published on SENS on 19 August 2004. The annual
financial statements were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.
Their report is available for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
Notice is hereby given that the Company`s annual general meeting of Prism
shareholders will be held in the Ruby Boardroom, second floor of Building 1,
Prism Business Park, Ruby Close, Fourways on Monday, 1 November 2004 at 09h00 to
transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting
circulated together with the annual financial statements.
