RESULTS OF OFFER AND REMINDER OF SALIENT DATES
The board of directors are pleased to announce that applications for 111 547 145
new shares in Casey have been received. Shareholders are reminded that, in
terms of the circular to shareholders dated 03 September 2004, a total of 87 500
000 ordinary shares were offered for subscription at 55 cents.
As per the circular, the directors have allocated 65 454 545 shares to the
individuals and entities who irrevocably undertook to subscribe for shares and
deposited their monies into trust with Watermark Securities in order for the
guarantee to be issued for the acquisition of DataPro (Proprietary) Limited.
The remaining balance is 22 045 455 shares available for allocation, for which
applications of 46 092 600 million shares have been received. All applications
up to 50 000 shares have been allocated in full and thereafter 29.7% of the
outstanding subscription has been allocated to applicants.
Shareholders are reminded of the following salient dates.
2004
Last day to trade Friday, 15 October
Change of name to DataPro Group Limited effective
from commencement of trading on Monday, 18 October
Transfer of sector and list and trade new shares in
the new name of DataPro Group Limited on Monday, 18 October
Listing of new securities at commencement of Monday, 18 October
business on
Refund cheques posted to shareholders who applied
for certificates (dematerialised shareholders will
not get refunds as payment is only made on delivery Tuesday, 19 October
versus payment method)
Record date Friday, 22 October
Issue to certificated shareholders of new share
certificates, posting of share certificates and, in
respect of dematerialised shareholders, CSDP and Monday, 25 October
broker safe custody accounts updated
Note:
Shareholders will not be able to dematerialise or rematerialise securities in
the name of Casey after Friday,15 October 2004.
