NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF AGM
On 13 October 2004, Assmang posted to shareholders its audited group annual
financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2004. The Company is
not publishing an abridged report at this date because the audited financial
information published on 17 August 2004 is unchanged.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Assmang shareholders
will be held at Assore House, 15 Fricker Road, Illovo Boulevard, Illovo, Sandton
at 10h00 on Thursday, 4 November 2004 to transact business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting circulated together with the annual
financial statements.
