Posting of AOE`s annual report and details of the annual general meeting

Listings Requirements, information regarding the annual report and annual
general meeting is set out below.
Annual report
Further to AOE`s final audited results for the year ended 30 June 2004,
published on 16 September 2004, the annual report was posted today. The annual
report contains no modifications to the aforementioned published audited
results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of AOE will be held immediately after
the annual general meeting of Rex Trueform Clothing Company Limited, on Friday,
5 November 2004 in the boardroom, Rex Buildings, 263 Victoria Road, Salt River,
Cape Town, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual
general meeting forming part of the annual report.
