POSTING OF GLOSSIES AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that COPI will be posting the glossies for the year
ended 30 June 2004 by no later than 29 October 2004. In the unlikely event that
the glossies are not posted on 29 October 2004, COPI`s listing may be suspended
by the JSE in terms of section 3.23 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
The 2004 Annual General Meeting of shareholders of COPI will be held on 30
November 2004 at 11h00, at Suite 3500, 1 Place Ville Marie, Montreal, Quebec H3B
4M4, Canada.
