FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements published on SENS on 27 August 2004 and
7 September 2004, shareholders are advised that Rainbow is still in discussions
regarding the possible acquisition of a 100% interest in Vector Logistics
(Proprietary) Limited, a subsidiary of AVI Limited. Accordingly, shareholders
are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their Rainbow shares
until a further announcement is made.
