WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 8 September 2004
published by the company and are advised that, in light of the intended offer by
DNR Capital (a division of DNR Corporate Advisors (Pty) Limited) (`the offeror`)
to all shareholders of Moribo to acquire all of their issued shares in Moribo
for a cash consideration of 13 cents per share, caution is no longer required to
be exercised by shareholders when dealing in their shares in the company. The
offeror has indicated that their offer circular will be posted to Moribo
shareholders on or about Thursday, 21 October 2004.
