Following the acquisition of assets and the issue of additional shares by
Paramount Property Fund and notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE and the
JSE announces the following changes:
INDEX CHANGE EFFECTIVE FROM
START OF TRADING
FTSE/JSE Africa Fledgling (J204) Paramount Property Fund (South Africa,
ZAE000028577, 6328546) will remain in the index with an increased shares in
issue figure of 92,076,228 and an unchanged investability weighting of 75%.
27 October 2004
FTSE/JSE Africa Property Loan Stocks (J256) Paramount Property Fund will be
treated as above. 27 October 2004
