ADJOURNMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
At the annual general meeting of shareholders of the company held on 20 October
2004 certain matters (`the matters`) were raised, which were not on the agenda.
The matters mainly revolve around different views at board level as to the
strategic way forward for the company. As a result, the chairman of the meeting
adjourned the meeting to a later date, which will be advised within seven days.
In the interim, the directors are seeking appropriate advice on how to deal with
the matters. In the light of this, shareholders are advised to exercise caution
when dealing in their shares.
