DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the board has declared a dividend number 38 of 95
cents per share. The last day to trade cum distribution will be Friday, 5
November 2004. The shares units will commence trading ex dividend as from
Monday, 8 November 2004 and the record date will be Friday, 12 November 2004.
The dividend will be paid on Monday, 15 November 2004.
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday, 8
November 2004 and Friday, 12 November 2004, both days inclusive.
