Requirements, in respect of a change to the Board of Directors of a listed
company, notification is given that Mrs Diana Perton has been appointed as
independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
Mrs Perton has 19 years` experience in the industry gained at Liberty Properties
(Proprietary) Limited as head of the Legal Department. Mrs Perton was company
secretary to Rennies Shipping Group Limited for a period of five years prior to
her appointment at Liberty. Mrs Perton has an LLB (ORD) from Edinburgh
University, Scotland.
