RETIREMENT OF DIRECTORS BY ROTATION
In terms of the company`s Articles of Association, Messrs SA Grobbelaar and GE
Swanepoel being eligible, did not offer themselves for re-election as directors
of the Company and consequently retired at the 49th Annual General Meeting on 27
October 2004.
Mr GE Swanepoel`s employment with Grintek Group Limited continues unaffected by
his resignation from the Grintek Limited board, while Mr SA Grobbelaar will be
pursuing his personal interests.
