TRADING STATEMENT
Intertrading reported headline earnings of zero cents per share for the six
months to 31 August 2003. For the 6 month period to 31 August 2004, Intertrading
is expecting positive headline earnings per share of between 2.1 cents per share
and 2.5 cents per share.
The information in this trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on
by Intertrading`s auditors. The interim results announcement is expected to be
published on or about 03 November 2004.
