The board has resolved that unit holders are entitled to receive interest

2004 of 25,50 cents (2003: 25,50 cents) per A unit and 29,00 cents (2003: 27,25
cents) per B unit.

Units will trade ex interest Monday, 22 November 2004
Record date Friday, 26 November 2004
Payment of interest distribution
number 14 Monday, 29 November 2004
There may be no dematerialisation or re-materialisation of the A and B units
between Monday, 22 November 2004 and Friday, 26 November 2004, both dates
inclusive.
