Cautionary announcement
Uniserv`s only material asset is a 30% holding in UTi Worldwide Inc (`UTi`).
For some time Uniserv`s shares have traded at a substantial discount to the
value implied by the UTi share price as quoted on the Nasdaq National Market.
The directors of Uniserv have been cognisant of this and are undertaking an
extensive investigation into the various options available to Uniserv to reduce
the discount.
Uniserv shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Uniserv
shares until further announcements have been made in this regard.
