The directors of Connection Group have resolved to declare a dividend of 25
cents per share for the year ended 31 August 2004 (2003: 18c), subject to
shareholder approval at the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on
Thursday, 2 December 2004 at the registered office of the company, 6 Mellis
Road, Rivonia, Sandton, 2128, at 10:00.
The salient dates will be as follows: 2004
Last day to trade cum the dividend Thursday, 9 December
Shares commence trading `ex`
distribution Friday, 10 December
Record date Friday, 17 December
Payment date Monday, 20 December
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Thursday,
9 December 2004 and Friday, 17 December 2004, both days inclusive.
