TOURVEST APPOINTMENTS
Johannesburg, 29 October 2004 - Osman Arbee has joined the board of Tourvest as
a non-executive director. A former senior partner at Deloitte & Touche, he has
since 1 September 2004 been a member of the Imperial Holdings executive
committee, where he is responsible for enterprise and business development.
Tourvest today also announced the appointment of Conrad Mortimer as company
secretary. Mortimer is currently the group`s commercial manager, a position he
will retain.
