Renewal of cautionary announcement relating to Afrox Healthcare Limited
(`Ahealth`) and additional cautionary announcement
Further to the cautionary announcements, the most recent dated 4 October 2004,
relating to the offer by Business Venture Investments No. 790 (Proprietary)
Limited (`the bid company`) to acquire all of the issued shares in the share
capital of Ahealth, holders of ordinary and `N` ordinary Brimstone shares
(`shareholders`) are advised that discussions are still in progress regarding
Brimstone`s participation in the bid company.
Shareholders are further advised that Brimstone has entered into other
negotiations which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the
price of the company`s ordinary and `N` ordinary shares. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until further announcements are made.
