Further cautionary announcement
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements published on SENS on 5
July 2004 and on 1 September 2004 wherein it was advised that the company had
reached agreement-in-principle to acquire a forestry asset in line with its
strategic plan outlined in its annual report for 2003. The company remains in
these acquisition negotiations which, if completed, could have an effect on the
price of the company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution in dealing
in their shares until a further announcement is made.
