Result of the annual general meeting

shareholders that at the annual general meeting held on Tuesday, 2 November 2004
(`the AGM`), the requisite majority of Mustek`s shareholders approved the
special resolution and all ordinary resolutions, except for resolutions 7 and 8
which were withdrawn.
The special resolution passed at the AGM will be lodged with the Registrar of
Companies for registration.
