CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange SA, notification is hereby given regarding the following
changes to the Board of directors and company secretary:
1. Mr. Makhuparetja Nyama has resigned as executive director to the CS Holdings
board, effective 5 November 2004.
2. Mr. Andries Bester was appointed as company secretary, replacing Mr Johan
Goosen, who resigned as company secretary with effect from 1 November 2004.
