ordinary shares: 1,161,398 of these shares were acquired through Discovery`s
capital raising exercise funded by personal debt.
In order to reduce Mr. J M Robertson`s interest exposure he wishes to sell
700,000 shares of which 465,000 was sold on 01 November 2004 at R16.5621 per
share. The intended sale constitutes approximately 15,59% of Mr. J M Robertson`s
holdings. After the total intended sale, he will remain the holder of 3,789,727
ordinary shares.
