CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, the board of directors of Anbeeco hereby
notifies its shareholders that Mr GN Trappler was appointed as a non-executive
director of Anbeeco on and with effect from 1 October 2004, and at the Annual
General Meeting of the company held on 21 October 2004, the appointments of Mr C
Cohen as Chairman, Mr G Itzikowitz as Chief Executive Officer, Messrs T Jordan
and IS Schmidt as executive directors, and Mr GN Trappler as a non-executive
director of the company, were duly confirmed.
