Linked unitholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year
ended 30 June 2004 have now been audited by Deloitte & Touche and contain no
modifications to the reviewed results published on 26 August 2004. Deloitte &
Touche`s report is available for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
The annual financial statements were posted to linked unitholders on 2 November
2004
NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Company`s annual general meeting of A-Prop
linked unitholders will be held at 1st Floor, African Harvest House, Freestone
Park, 135 Patricia Road, Sandton, 2196 on 24 November 2004 at 11h00 to transact
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of
the annual financial statements.
