TRADING UPDATE
Shareholders are advised that, with the inclusion of Prochem`s trading
activities for the full six month period, Omnia`s headline earnings per share
and earnings per share for the six months ended 30 September 2004 are expected
to be between 95% and 115% higher than the headline earnings per share and
earnings per share for the comparable period.
Shareholders are also advised that the company`s results for the six months
ended 30 September 2004 have not been reviewed and/or reported on by the
company`s auditors. It is anticipated that the results for the six months ended
30 September 2004 will be published on or about 2 December 2004.
