ACQUISITION OF A FURTHER 21% INTEREST IN KNILAM PACKAGING (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED
The Board of Astrapak wishes to inform linked unit holders that Astrapak has
acquired a further 21% of the issued share capital of Knilam Packaging
(Proprietary) Limited (`Knilam`) from the current Knilam shareholder for a cash
consideration of R2 344 700 with effect from 1 November 2004. Astrapak now owns
70% of the issued share capital of Knilam.
