REVISED OFFER FROM APEXHI AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY
On 4 November 2004, ApexHi Properties Limited (`ApexHi`) gave notice of
revisions to its intended offer described in MICC`s announcement of 28 October
2004.
ApexHi now intends to offer to acquire all MICC units for a consideration for
every 100 MICC units of either 36 ApexHi `A` units and 36 ApexHi `B` units or
R320 in cash and 18 ApexHi `A` units and 18 ApexHi `B` units, at the election of
each MICC unitholder.
Pending further announcements, MICC unitholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in their linked units.
