With regard to the audited results for the year ended 31 August 2004,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements will be
distributed to shareholders today, 9 November 2004 and contain no modifications
to the audited results which were published on SENS on 12 October 2004.
The annual financial statements were audited by Deloitte & Touche. Their report
is available for inspection at the Company`s registered office.

Notice is hereby given that the seventh annual general meeting of Connection
Group Holdings Limited shareholders will be held at 10h00 on Thursday, 2
December 2004 in the boardroom of Connection Group Holdings Limited, 6 Mellis
Road, Rivonia, Sandton, to transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
