CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Following the approval by shareholders in general meeting of the acquisitions by
Kolosus of various companies, the change of its main business to that of an
investment holding company and to comply with the King II Report, the following
changes to the board of directors have been effected:
Messrs. CL Campher and AZ Keyser have resigned with immediate effect. The board
thanks both directors for their valuable contribution and look forward to their
continued positive input in their respective operational responsibilities as
chief executives of Bull Brand Foods and Feltex Automotive Leathers.
The following directors have been appointed with immediate effect:
MJ Jooste, JB Magwaza, F Moller, IN Moloto and S Nomvete.
Details of these directors have been disclosed in the circular to shareholders
dated 19 October 2004.
With effect from 12 November 2004 the board comprises:
CE Daun (Non-executive chairman)

MJ Jooste (Independent non-executive director)
JB Magwaza (Independent non-executive director)
F Moller (Non-executive director)
