CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
Listings Requirements, Delta shareholders are hereby informed of the resignation
of Evan van Zyl from the Delta board, to be effective from the next annual
general meeting.
Evan van Zyl, Joint Managing Director of Delta and Executive Chairman and
Managing Director of Delta (E.M.D.) (Pty) Limited (`EMD`), will remain with EMD
until necessary to ensure a smooth transition of the management of the EMD
business to his successor.
