Their report is available for inspection at the company`s registered office.

Notice is hereby given that the fifth annual general meeting of the shareholders
of Discovery will be held in the Auditorium, Ground Floor, 155 West Street,
Sandton, on Thursday, 9 December 2004 at 09:00 to transact the business as
stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial
statements.
