Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 5 October 2004
and are hereby advised that Moneyweb is still involved in the negotiations
referred to therein, which, if successfully concluded, may have a material
effect on the price at which the Company`s securities trade on the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa (`the JSE`).
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in the Company`s securities on the JSE until a further announcement is made in
this regard.
