Shareholders are advised that Mr. Leslie Gordon Holmes, non-executive chairman
of the company has resigned with effect from 16 November 2004.
Mr Holmes (62), has enjoyed more than 15 years on the board of the company, and
has elected to step down to focus on a number of his other interests in Cape
Town. Mr Holmes was the original vendor of the company and has provided much
care and attention to Sub Nigel`s activities since its original listing on the
JSE Securities Exchange in 1986.
The Board wishes him well. His energy and drive will be surely missed.
