year ended 30 June 2004 were posted to shareholders on Tuesday 16 November 2004
and contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on 24
August 2004. The annual financial statements were audited by Deloitte and
Touche and their report is available for inspection at the Company`s registered
office.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of
Unitrans will be held at 263 Oxford Road, Illovo, Johannesburg, on Wednesday 08
December 2004 at 12:30 to transact business as stated in the Notice of the
