Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Mvela Resources 
shareholders held in Sandton today (`the AGM`), all resolutions as contained in 
the notice of AGM dated 11 October 2004 were passed by the requisite majority,  
save for resolution 6 regarding the general authority to issue shares for cash. 
This resolution was duly withdrawn.
