In terms of a change of control, Mrs GC Marchant has sold 63 750 000 Bryant
ordinary shares and Mr WJT Marchant has sold 40 000 000 Bryant ordinary shares
to Bevdev CC for a total consideration of R100 000 (equivalent to 0,0964 cents
per share)
Date of transaction: 9 November 2004
Nature of transaction: Sale of all holdings in terms of a
change of control
Clearance: As sole directors and major shareholders,
both parties agreed to enter into
the disposal
Purchasers: Messrs DJA White and JE van der Burgh who have
an equal direct beneficial interest in the
holdings acquired.
