RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Sovereign shareholders are advised that at the general meeting held on Thursday,
18 November 2004, the requisite majority of Sovereign shareholders voted in
favour of the ordinary resolution pertaining to the interim capital
distribution, by way of a reduction of share premium, of 5 cents per ordinary
share.
