Exercise of Warrants
The Company announces that 341,097 ordinary shares of 5p each, representing
approximately 1.3% of the issued share capital of the Company, have been issued
following the exercise of warrants at an exercise price of 25p each.
Application has been made for the shares in the Company to be admitted to
trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings in these new
ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares, will commence on Tuesday 23rd November 2004.
Application has also been made to the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
(`JSE) for the shares to be admitted to trade on the JSE. The first tranch of
shares (30 885 shares) at an exercise price of 25p (approximately 289,86 cents)
commenced trading on the JSE on Monday 15 November 2004 and the second tranch at
an exercise price of 25p (approximately 299,36 cents) will commence trading on
the JSE on Friday, 19 November 2004.
The issued share capital of the Company following the issue of these shares is
represented by 26,215,081 ordinary shares.
