APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with section 3.59 to 3.62 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, linked unitholders are advised that:
- Mr C B Brayshaw and Mr P G Kotze have been appointed as independent non-
executive directors of A-Prop with immediate effect;
- Mr W K Schultze and Mr R P S van der Bos have been appointed as executive
directors of A-Prop with immediate effect;
- Mr P J A Cunningham did not stand for re-election at the annual general
meeting held today, 24 November 2004 and will be retiring as a director of
A-Prop with immediate effect; and
- Mr G A Nelson has resigned as a director of A-Prop with immediate effect.
