RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Java Capital is authorised to announce that:
at the general meeting convened on 24 November 2004 to, inter alia, ratify the
acquisition of a portfolio of properties from Momentum Property Investments
(Proprietary) Limited and Momentum Group Limited (`the acquisition`), change the
company`s name to Freestone Property Holdings Limited and to consolidate
A-Prop`s linked unit capital on a 1 for 5 basis, all necessary resolutions were
passed by the requisite majority; and
the Competition Tribunal has given unconditional approval to the acquisition.
With effect from Monday, 6 December 2004 the company will trade as Freestone
Property Holdings Limited, with the abbreviated name Freestone, new JSE
Securities Exchange Code and ISIN Number of FSP and ZAE000060299 respectively.
As all the conditions precedent to the acquisition have now been fulfilled, the
properties will be transferred into the company`s name in due course.
