POSTING OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NO CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the audited results announcement, which was published on 23 November
2004 (`the published results`), shareholders are advised that the Annual
Financial Statements of the company will be posted to shareholders on or before
30 November 2004. The Annual Financial Statements contain no modifications to
the published results.
Shareholders are further advised that the Annual General Meeting of the company
will be held at 09:00 on Wednesday 9 February 2005 at the registered office of
the company in the Boardroom, 11th Floor, JD House, 27 Stiemens Street,
Braamfontein. The notice of the meeting is contained in the abovementioned
Annual Financial Statements.
The company`s auditors`, Deloitte & Touche, audited report is available for
inspection at the company`s registered office from 30 November 2004.
