Holdings Board meeting held on 26 November 2004 the following changes to the
Board were approved:
* Resignation of Thuli Horace Zuma as non-executive director and Chairman
effective 26 November 2004.
* Resignation of Litha Mveliso Nyhonyha as non-executive director effective
26 November 2004.
* Resignation of Solly Mokaba Segooa as alternative director effective 26
November 2004.
* The appointment of Philip David Redshaw as Chairman with effect from 26
November 2004.
