With regard to the financial results for the year ended 31 May 2004,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements will be
distributed to shareholders tomorrow, 30 November 2004, and contain no
modifications to the reviewed results which were published on SENS on 11 August
2004.
The annual financial statements were audited by Deloitte & Touche. Their report
is available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the first annual general meeting of the members of
the company will be held in the Business Connexion Auditorium, Business
Connexion Park North, 789 16th Road, Randjiespark, Midrand 1685, on Thursday, 13
January 2005 at 10:00 to transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
