CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, the board of directors of IMR hereby notifies
its shareholders of the following changes which have taken place with immediate
effect:
Mr Jason Schmulian will assume the role of non-executive director of IMR; and
Mr Lourens Louw will assume the role of acting Financial Director of IMR.
