EXTENSION OF OPTION TO ACQUIRE TEE QUE TRADING SERVICES (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED
(`TQ`)
Paracon shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 28 June 2004,
wherein it was stated that Paracon had an option to acquire the business of TQ
which lapses at the close of business today. TQ were unable to resolve certain
issues satisfactorily and Paracon has therefore not exercised its option.
Accordingly, Paracon wishes to advise its shareholders that it has reached an
agreement with the sellers of TQ to, inter alia, extend the option period to 31
March 2005 (`the extension period`) and to recognise growth in the business of
TQ during the extension period.
