In accordance with the rules of the Executive Share Incentive Scheme (approved
by shareholders on 22 September 1997) the trustees of the scheme have allocated
shares purchased from executives exiting the scheme to all remaining
participants in their proportionate shareholding in the scheme. All shares
allocated may only be taken up on 31 December 2007. Accordingly, as part of this
allocation the following executives have been granted additional shares in the
scheme.
